THE CITY:

Patras has two universities, the University of Patras the Open University, and a Technological Educational Institute. The thousands of students who come every year to the city for their studies make the place buzz with life, making Patras an ideal student city.

Shops, cafe bars, banks and anything else you might need in your everyday life are gathered in the city centre, around the area of Smik intelligent living

You can reach the University using Bus Line 6, which leaves from Ermou Street (just minutes away from Smik intelligent living). This line also has an Express service, which starts from the University Hospital, stops at the University of Patras and continues non-stop until the area of Agia Sophia.

You can reach the TEI using Bus Line 2, which stops at Georgiou Square, just a few metres from Smik intelligent living.

You will find a stop of the Patras Suburban Railway very close to Smik intelligent living. The train that leaves from here heads to the area of Agios Vasilios. At the Kastellokampos stop, you will find a TRAINOSE bus waiting to carry passengers to the University.
